Thank you for shopping with Éclat Noir by Malettys. We aim to deliver your premium skincare products safely and promptly.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
